The applicants should have experience in the following area: Manufacturing Faucet, Bathroom fitting accessories which are produced by Brass alloy and also done with modern electroplating.

Work under pressure. 

Command over communication skills.

Excellent documentation and presentation skills of Microsoft Office.

1. Ensure daily production as per plans, specific requirements. 

2. Inspect all the incoming raw materials, accessories which come from local and international market. Items that fail to meet minimum requirement of desired quality, reject them and report it to the concerned department head. 

3. Resolving quality-related issues and adhering to deadlines. 

4. Co-ordinate proper training to the quality inspection team twice in a week. 

5. Prepare documentation of each inspection process at each section, which includes detailed reports of daily manufacturing.

6. Decide about the standard quality of product that is easily acceptable to the customer. 

7. Confirm all the inspection report updates daily, monthly. 

8. Reduce rejection in each section. 

9. Find out root cause in each section of rejection. 

10. Ensure manpower attendance, reduce absence & control overtime as per plan. 

11. Ensure standard consumption of direct and indirect raw material in each section. 

12. Ensure store requisition as per daily need. 

13. Find out root cause in each section of unnecessary consumption.
