Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
4 to 6 years experience as factory merchandiser
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To follow up in all stages of production in the factory from sample making to shipment.
∎ To collect P.O. / Order sheet from concerned Head office Merchandiser / Department
∎ To keep close contact with central store to know the actual In-house status of all relevant production materials and inform the same to factory Management.
∎ To follow-up accessories in-house status in factory and keep factory management informed on the same.
∎ To closely work with factory management to execute the planned production.
∎ To co-ordinate with buyers Q.C.
∎ To follow-up Cutting, Print & Embroidery work properly to ensure smooth production.
∎ To do production, washing and finishing follow-up to ensure the planned production.
∎ To arrange & monitor the Buyers inspection before shipment & collect the Buyer inspection certificate.
∎ To handover buyer inspection certificate to the commercial for proper shipment arrangement.
∎ To monitoring & follow-up all the Shipment scheduled.
∎ To prepare all necessary reports and submit the same to all concerned merchants as well as factory Management.
∎ Prepare Order Confirmation Sheet (OCS), BOM sheet and Time & Action Plan (T&A) to meet the customer deadline by fulfilling their requirement
∎ Monitor development sample to final FIT and PP sample approval for bulk production
∎ Input required data in ERP system and update it regularly
∎ Make internal plan with CP / TNA for tracking production & final inspection for on time shipment
∎ Maintain all relevant merchandising communications files, reports etc.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good skills in MS Word, power point & MS Excel, email writing.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.
∎ Good inter-communication Skill.
∎ Should have good knowledge in ERP software.
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
