Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ PGD in HRM will add advantage.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Health and Safety,Fire Safety,Bangladesh Labor Law 2006
∎ Skills Required: BSCI, Buyers Audit

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accord, Bangladesh Labor Law, Factory HR Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of HR & Compliance issues
∎ Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct.
∎ Manage the grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and ensure proper discipline in the organization.
∎ Organizing Recruitment, Orientation, Training and Development.
∎ Supervising Attendance & Leave Management, Final Settlement Issues, and Disciplinary issues.
∎ Deal with all other HR related issues.
∎ Follow up compliance related task as well.
∎ To have sound knowledge on Oeko-tex.
∎ Take corrective action and monitor all corrective measures as advised by the buyer/compliance auditors.
∎ Sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories Act, Fire prevention and Fire Fighting Law and ILO Convention relevant to Textile sector.
∎ Preparing, organizing and managing factory audits as per buyer's requirements including various social, ethical, environmental, technical, supply chain security and QMS audits.
∎ Liaison with BGMEA, compliance auditors, Fire & Civil Defense, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, local federation leaders, local influences etc.
∎ Monitor the security & safety issues to keep the premises safe & secured.
∎ Maintain environmental sustainability for the organization through all the activities & work procedures.
∎ Do any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have sound knowledge on ACCORD/Alliance, BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX and others CoC audit.
