Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure effective JD and KPI management for all departments /employees based on Industry best practices which outlines focused job responsibilities and targets for all positions and eventually bring coherence among all departments striving for the same mission and vision of the company.
∎ To execute the disciplinary action process to ensure company discipline is established with the aim of aligning company culture required for smooth and sustainable company operations.
∎ Arrange monthly KPI meet and coordinate quarterly evaluation to assess performance, identify current achievements, deviations and follow up on strategies to achieve the shortcomings.
∎ Develop and implement HR best practices and procedures through yearly HR plans and programs of AFBL & AVL .
∎ Ensure delivery of daily/weekly/monthly reports as and when required by HO-HR to demonstrate performance.
∎ Collaborate with IT department in the development and implementation of the HRIS to streamline and enhance HR processes
