Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to organize and prepare factory for facing different 3rd party audits like HIGG vFEM & vFSLM, BSCI, SEDEX, WARP, GSV/CTPAT, Environment & Technical compliance and development/COC audit of clients (H&M, C&A, M&S, Esprit, Next, PVH, Tchibo & Benetton).
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to implement chemical management system with MRSL, ZDHC, Cleainchain/BVE3 compliance for cut to pack with washing facilities.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to handle monthly PD, NSR, Self-Reliance & SRM activities of H&M.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, First-party & Third-party compliance audit, follow-up & to ensure timely implementation of all CAP given.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to make, implement and update compliance policies as per local law & different brand code of conduct.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to Coordinate and implement different type of Social, Environmental & Chemical project as per client.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to conduct internal audit on Social, Environmental & Chemical (ZDHC) compliance and taking corrective actions.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to coordinate workers committee, safety committee, grievance committee, training, fire drill etc.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to maintain & follow up licenses and certificates along with necessary legal document.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to must have through knowledge on Accord / RSC audit of building fire and electricity
