• To lead the production planning function to cater to business requirements and existing capacity; Lead corrective actions in case of deviations, provide on-time updates to all stakeholders in order to ensure adherence to production plan with maximum efficiency within the guidelines.
• Job requirement:
• 1.Receive the order from the merchandising team basis the capacity planning shared earlier or basis the orders received by the marketing team.
• 2. Forecast production line capacity based on existing and incoming orders.
• 3. Review production line allocation and run-cycles as per order specifications.
• 4. Approve final production plan and receive sign-off from relevant stakeholders.
• 5. Jointly with management assess need for production capacity fulfilment by external vendors in case of under-capacity units or order criticality.
