∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Specially having working experience on Higg index, SLCP, GHG and air emission, energy waste and chemical management system.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To assist in preparing/ updating policies for compliance must be very conversant with the Labor Laws, Labor Rules & Social Compliance related to Garments Sector.
∎ Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct.
∎ Handle Buyer Compliance issues properly, maintain legal & ethical code of conducts as per standards.
∎ Assist to develop compliance policies, procedures & guidelines in accordance with labor laws, local laws & regulations and ensure its implementations.
∎ Prepare & update all compliance related documents/registers as per buyer's requirement.
∎ Prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports.
∎ Monitoring the Compliance issues that require follow up or investigation.
∎ Monitor Compliance related Trainings, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, MSDS, etc.
∎ Make aware Departmental Heads on latest Compliance Issues
