Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage attendance & leave administration in the HRIS
∎ Maintain HR Database by recording joining and update information of all employees.
∎ Perform employee confirmation, promotions, termination, etc. and maintenance in HRIS.
∎ Maintain legal documentation, organization behavior documents and others related documents of HR and Admin.
∎ Oversee the housekeeping and proper security system of the company.
∎ Day-to-day administrative support to a company or organization.
∎ Schedule meetings, preparing reports and filling documents.
∎ Hands-on Microsoft office.
∎ Strong communication skills.
∎ Various reports of HR & Administrative works.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years

∎ Good Communication skill in English both oral & written is must.
∎ Should be smart, energetic with pleasant personality.
