Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Chemistry, Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, Master of Science (MSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Chemistry, Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, Master of Science (MSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare production plan & schedule and to implement the same with optimizing profit while taking into account the life time of the plant & the operation period. Monitoring the quality and standards of products produced by the plant and providing leadership, coordination and coaching to the operational team.
∎ Ensure the required quality standards are maintained through the process to prevent the recurrence of similar issues and also to meet product delivery just in time.
∎ Ensure smooth inventories, stores and supply chain management at every stage of production
∎ Ensure the product quality by strickly follow the SOP.
∎ the processing of Raw Materials, Batch preparation and different stages of boiling of Soap and Cosmetics, in accordance with SOPs and CGMPs in order to ensure higher productivity by reducing the process loss.
∎ Prepare and review of SOP's Specifications & Methods for Raw-Materials, Packaging Materials & Finished Goods.
∎ Manufacture products according to process procedure.
∎ The candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of quality production and maintenance
∎ Machine Fault detection and maintenance accordingly
∎ Maximum utilization of man and materials
∎ Reduce Rejections/ Reworks
∎ Production Reporting
∎ Ensure process parameters and control process with Distributed Control System (DCS)
∎ Maintaining collaboration with other supportive department like Utility, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Safety, etc.
∎ Participating in training organized for production related activities
∎ Encourage and develop 'TEAM WORK' by guiding, motivating, and training all staffs by imparting knowledge and practices required for efficient, quality and target production
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 36 years
