Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities & Context

1. Employee Management & Relations

  • Oversee daily office operations and manage employee relations.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution.

  • Implement and enforce company policies, ensuring compliance.

  • Facilitate performance management processes, including annual appraisals, goal setting, and disciplinary actions.

    2. Sales Team Administration

  • Track and review Daily Visit Reports (DVRs) from the sales team via HR software to ensure compliance and productivity.

  • Follow up with sales personnel regarding the completion of everyday tasks and reporting requirements.

  • Scrutinize, verify, and process travel and conveyance expense bills submitted by the sales team, ensuring strict alignment with company policy.

  • Assist with targeted onboarding and administrative formalities specifically for new sales team members.

    3. Recruitment & Lifecycle Management

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.

  • Draft and publish job advertisements across appropriate job boards and professional networks.

  • Coordinate and conduct general employee onboarding, orientation, and probationary reviews.

  • Process offboarding procedures, including final settlements and exit interviews.

  • Track and document all internal employee movements, including cross-departmental transfers, promotions, and role adjustments.

    4. Attendance, Leave, & Logistics

  • Monitor and manage daily employee attendance, leave requests, absences, and punctuality records utilizing the company HR software.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and related logistics for staff business requirements.

    5. HR Data, Payroll, & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records by continuously updating the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and physical personnel files.

  • Ensure all employee data, including contracts, compensation details, performance records, and legal documentation, is accurate, secure, and strictly confidential.

  • Generate regular HR metrics and reports (e.g., headcount, turnover rates, attendance summaries) for executive review.

  • Compile and verify monthly payroll data, ensuring accurate handoffs to the finance department.
