Responsibilities & Context:
  • Monitor and manage daily employee attendance, leaves, and punctuality records using our HR software.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

  • Assist with onboarding and administrative formalities for new sales team members.

  • Track and review Daily Visit Reports (DVRs) from the sales team via our software to ensure compliance and productivity.

  • Scrutinize, verify, and process travel and conveyance expense bills submitted by the sales team, ensuring they align with company policy.

  • Follow up with sales personnel on the completion of their everyday tasks and reporting requirements.

  • Collect, consolidate, and process sales orders submitted by the sales team, ensuring accuracy and timely entry.

  • Maintain a precise log of all goods and marketing materials taken from inventory by each salesperson.

  • Proactively follow up with the sales team on outstanding payments and due collections from clients.

  • Maintain an up-to-date accounts receivable ledger and generate regular collection status reports for management.

  • Reconcile sales team expenses and collections data.

  • Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, attendance, collections, and inventory movement.

  • Serve as a key liaison between the sales, accounting, and inventory departments to ensure seamless information flow.
