Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Import-Export Audit Statement & gather all Export, Import, Bank & UD documents for yearly customs Audit.
∎ Issuing essential Customs bond permission, applies with proper documents, and does the job to execute the permission.
∎ Performing renewal of all licenses & certificates (Bond license, General bond, Trade license, IRC, ERC & EPB) on time & keep in custody.
∎ Maintaining regularly bond register in-bond & ex-bond & take customs bond concern signature after chemical import for chemical use adjustments
∎ Completing statements & collect related documents for submitting monthly VAT returns on time to the VAT office.
∎ Contacting the bank for the necessary lien bank certificate, and BB PRC & carry out them accordingly.
∎ Receiving all export & import documents & keep them in proper storage.
∎ Distributing necessary documents, and certificates to other units as per requirement & collect them back properly.
∎ Preparing all documents & applications to issue new passbooks for port customs and assist with C&F.
∎ Inspecting the factory several times with the customs concern person.
∎ Performing the BTMC, CCI & E, NBR, EPB, BEPZA & City Corporation related to job & permission when the requirements arise.
∎ Any other task assign by the supervisor as & when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 36 years
∎ 2-3 Years Customs & Bond on handling Customs & Bond on a 100% Export Oriented Knit Composite Garments Industry.
∎ Working Experience in any EPZ area will be preferable.
∎ Sound job knowledge & Skillfulness.
∎ Managing ability with problem solving & analytically skills.
∎ Must have good command on Computer.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bond Licensing, Commercial, Customs Bond rules and regulations etc., Customs Documentation, EPZ Law, Export, and Import.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies.
