Education:

  • PGD or any professional degree regarding HRM will be given preference.

  • Strong Knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Law.

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Mobile Industry, Recruitment, Payroll, Settlement bill, Performance Management & HR Operation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including managing and interpreting large data sets.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Should have good communication skills & leadership qualities.



Responsibilities & Context:

We, the Leading Local Conglomerate, are looking for an experienced HR professional for Walton Mobile. The incumbent will be responsible for implementing HR initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, business success and support on a wide range of HR matters. Apart from the candidate must fulfill the following criteria to qualify for the position.     

  • Recruitment, Selection & Documentation: Job advertisement, CV Sourcing, shortlisting, conducting Interviews, Joining formalities and all types of post-selection documentation tasks.  

  • Attendance Management: Monitor & ensure all attendance related work like Employee punch, Leave, Tour, Overtime etc. are properly done in software.        

  • Performance Management: Evaluate employee’s performance yearly/ quarterly/ monthly/ Probation completion (Specially Sales employee). 

  • Rewards and Punishment: Check & ensure the eligible employee list for the festival bonus, Profit Share, and Provident fund.

  • Exit Management: Monitor all types of exit related work done by exit manager & ensure compensation & benefits of exit employees within time frame. 

  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange/attend various business meetings according to dept./section’s requirement. Prepare meeting minutes & send them to all.

  • Any special assignment assigned by the management.
