Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Young, Enthusiastic, Energetic, Self-Motivated and Proactive Person as a ``Front Desk Officer" who has the relevant experience to meet desired goal.
∎ Job Location: Banasree, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Coordinate & monitor manpower requirement as per approved plan and subsequent recruitment, selection and placement.
∎ Develop strategy to establish appropriate HR process and practices in the organization as per managemen's directions to meet the needs of the growing organizations, if required.
∎ To maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
∎ To monitor that all HR related data, reports, formats, statement, rank & files Books & Resigters. Are properly prepared, issued, updated & maintained as per company's HR policies and procedures.
∎ Ensuring 100% implementation of buyer's COC, Labour Law 2006 and Rules (Srom Bidhimala)
∎ To Maintain the employee's personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
∎ Manage and handle worker's grievance issues.
∎ Ensure standard operation of human resource department.
∎ Prepare reports on HR according managements needs.

∎ Age 30 to 35 years
