Job Responsibilities:
∎ You are overall responsible to complete the quality product production/processing & packaging procedure as according to the requirements by showcasing your talent, skill, experience, expertise, dedication, integrity, accountability, transparency & leadership quality. Your Job descriptions are consisting of the following Job responsibilities (not limited but also included too):
∎ Coordinate with the Sales Department in order to set the production target.
∎ You have to practical experience of production of FMCG food products like Stick Noodles, Tomato Sauce, Instant Powder Drinks, Dal Vaja, Motor Vaja, Semai, and others like Biscuit, Cookies, Toast Biscuit, Dry Cake, Spices Powder, Pickle, Snacks, Chanachur, Auto Biscuits
∎ Plan and coordinate production process of FMCG food products on a daily basis to ensure the production of high-quality products.
∎ Develop or improve the production process of FMCG food products and ensure the effective use of all the materials to maximize the production.
∎ Evaluate the production activities periodically and make recommendations for changes as and when required.
∎ Identify unsafe operation process and recommend corrective measures to the plant immediately.
∎ Ensure best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
∎ Implement cost reduction initiatives without compromising the quality standards.
∎ Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.
∎ Provide training and guidance to the team members to accomplish production goals.
∎ Develop the most efficient ways to use men, machine, materials, information and energy to reach the production target.
∎ Develop the product recipe as per standard level and ensure the production of high quality product.
∎ Provide mechanical design, technical analysis and resolution of engineering problems.
∎ Conduct tests and collect data about operational processes and machines' capacity utilization.
∎ You are responsible to collect the quality Raw materials from various vendors
∎ You are liable to check proper quality of Raw materials before final processing/ production
∎ You will have to ensure the quality standard finished goods & packaging
∎ Any other task assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years

∎ Skills Required: Computer literacy
