Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM
∎ Skills Required: Analyzing data, Excellent communication, Microsoft Excel, People and Culture Management, Policy Development
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Data Analysis, HR and compliance, Knowledge and practical experience in operating HRIS, payroll management, Payroll Processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Retail Store, Food (Packaged)/Beverage
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
∎ Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
∎ Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of full & final settlements.
∎ Prepare reports for quarterly, yearly and weekly reports for HR dashboard.
∎ Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
∎ Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.
∎ Supervising the day-to-day activities of our HR information systems.
∎ Recording and processing employee information including annual leave, salaries, and working hours.
∎ Supporting management on structural policy matters related to the HRIS, compliance management.
∎ Maintaining data integrity in systems by regularly analyzing data.
∎ Working alongside the IT department & International team to perform regular assessments and improvements to the HRIS.
∎ Performs other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Managing large number of Employee Payroll for minimum 3Years
∎ Experience in advance excel
∎ Strong analytical ability
