Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining current HR files and databases.
∎ Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.
∎ Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
∎ Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and Maintained recommending any correction action.
∎ Make Phone Calls/SMS/EMAIL etc. to all candidates for appearing in the selection process.
∎ Arrange required documents, Logistics, other belongings for an Induction session, in addition, to follow up the whole process.
∎ Manage Office maintenance.
∎ Ensure Security Management & Personal file maintain.
∎ Performing Other relevant duties when needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be good knowledge about MS office & English.

Yichun Base covers an area of 200,000 square meters, is a high-tech base for the group to develop lithium battery.
The main products of JINGJIU are VRLA battery, UPS/EPS battery, solar battery, electric vehicle battery, starting battery, storage battery, lead-acid battery plates and others, total over 10 series. At present, we have four brands, which are JINGJIU, KIJO, BLT, and BNT.
In 2015, we were honored by well-known marks in China, also we are the long-term suppliers of China Air Force, State Grid, China and Southern Power Grid. Our products have been exported to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe and the United States and other regions, highly trusted by domestic and foreign users
