- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HRM / Management / Business Administration.
- Minimum 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–4 years in a managerial role in the RMG/Textile industry.
- Proven experience in leading HR operations in multiple units/zones.
- Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law & Compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and HR analytics tools.
Responsibilities & Context: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Assistant General Manager – HR to lead our Textile Zone HR team immediately. The incumbent will act as a Zonal HR Head, driving people strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement across multiple factories.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end HR function for the Textile Zone.
- Act as a strategic HR partner to the Zonal Head and Factory Management.
- Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning for key positions.
- Ensure smooth execution of Performance Management System (PMS), KPI setting, and employee evaluations.
- Maintain strict compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, EPZ regulations, and buyer requirements.
- Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and industrial harmony.
- Implement HR digitalization and analytics-driven decision-making at zone level.
- Lead and mentor the HR team across factories to ensure consistent HR practices.
- Coordinate with Corporate HR to ensure alignment of policies, systems, and reporting.
- Plan and execute employee engagement, welfare, and retention programs.
- Support audit preparedness (buyer, compliance, and internal).
