Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure Raw Material Quality as per Set Standard.
Ball Mill Loading as per Lab Set Compositions.
Check and Ensure Body Slip Properties as per Standard.
Check Spray Dryer's Powder Quality.
Ensuring the Green Tiles' quality as per the set standard.
Ensure Glaze and Engobe Properties as per QA Standard.
Monitor Quality of Green Tiles' as QA Standard & tracking of the defects to avoid reoccurrence.
Decision making/judgment on the initial product and conveying the result to all functions.
Ensuring the daily QA parameters as per the approved standard.
Plan proper workforce before starting up the shift production for better quality.
Daily, weekly, and Monthly quality report generation.
Identify and investigate the root cause of the defect & take countermeasures for effectiveness confirmation.
Continuous training & development for line inspectors to enhance their skills.
Ensure safety in all aspects.
