Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Implements quality of products.
∎ 2. Makes monitoring of quality of the product of various stages in the production process.
∎ 3. Maintains liaises with all the departments regarding quality related matters.
∎ 4. Keeps all buyer approved counter sample & ensure all kinds of buyer comments in bulk production process.
∎ 5. Provides all Buyer's duplicate counter sample to related sections.
∎ 6. Sets quality standards guidance for related department following Buyer's requirements.
∎ 7. Maintains the products internal pre-production, initial, inline and final inspection.
∎ 8. Propose the products initial, inline and final inspection for customer.
∎ 9. Co-ordinates the works of subordinate in the best way to ensure the process is running according to desired quality in every stage and final products conform our standards quality.
