Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conversant of Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 and Rules 2015.
∎ Conversant of disciplinary action according to Law.
∎ Knowledge of Legal compensation.
∎ Proper Knowledge about compliance.
∎ Knowledge and practice about Fire safety and building safety Rules and Regulations.
∎ Appropriate knowledge and practice of HR Functions.
∎ Knowledge and ability to conduct administration.
∎ Oversee the Administration and Human Resource departments.
∎ Enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
∎ Implement strategies by establishing accountability, talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health & welfare benefit, training & development, records management, safety & health, and employee relations & retention.
∎ Oversee the coordination and implementation of KPI-based annual performance reviews.
∎ Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
∎ Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances and counseling employees and supervisors.
∎ Provide and prepare compensation information for auditors.
∎ Coordinate and manage the external and internal correspondences from Human Resource Department;
∎ To deal with all matters relating to disciplinary actions confirming the Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and other applicable laws & rules.
∎ Prepare notes, drafts, office orders, memos, circulars etc as required.
∎ Core HR issues including transfer, promotion, salary increment etc.
∎ Disciplinary Action & Grievance handling procedure.
∎ Database, attendance and Leave Management
∎ Ensure HR issues - planning, recruitment, training and development, maintain and lead a team which also includes policies & procedures etc. Measure employee retention and turnover rates
∎ Arrange and maintain office ethics, etiquette, and code of conduct.
∎ Prepare, maintain & update Organogram.
