Assist honourable general manager at every task.
Prepare daily work planning of General manager.
Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the General Manager.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the GM.
Manage the calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements of the General Manager
Assist with business-related and occasional personal tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as required.
Coordinate and follow up on projects, meetings, and action points.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Any additional tasks assigned by management as per need.
Daily communicate with customers & Clients.
