Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma or BSc in Electrical Engineering from any recognized university with minimum second class/division or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check the performance of the solar system water networks daily and take first place in terms of troubleshooting.
∎ Install & replace solar Panels, Different types of pumps, Pump controllers, Flow meters, Data Loggers, Well probes, pressure sensors, Liquid level sensors, Sun sensors, Dip meters, etc.
∎ Installing & Calibrating the dosing pumps to maintain the expected FRC Value.
∎ Identifying issues with all kinds of electrical wiring & equipments related to solar systems/Hybrid water supply & resolve them.
∎ Using Lorentz scanner apps to identify the issues with the Lorenz system & Fix it.
∎ Fixing electrical issues in all wash offices where required as per the direction of the respective supervisor.
∎ Check the relevant materials/equipment quality and communicate with the supervisor for any irrelevant issues.
∎ Providing technical support in Operating Generators as a backup power source.
∎ Support in making BOQ of electrical materials/equipment including generators for the whole year and ensure the price are relevant to the market.
∎ Identify & Propose new technologies or ideas to improve the performance.
∎ Working creatively and maintaining a problem-solving mindset.
∎ Ensure the quality of work done by the contractors and recommend any modifications.
∎ Maintaining close & Good coordination with staff & other stakeholders.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Technical knowledge regarding water and sanitation options
∎ Knowledge about Electrical, and water supply related work
∎ Computer Literacy (MS-Word, Excel, power point etc.)
