∎ HSC
∎ Graduation in any discipline will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to maintain Sewing quality controlling SOP.
∎ Lead and develop QC team and technical staff and responsible for all quality related activities/ issues.
∎ Maintain existing QC systems and ensure sewing production.
∎ Ensure proper planning to check goods at the time of stitching to ensure zero defective production.
∎ Check daily report and analyze and feedback for corrective action.
∎ Maintain effective communications with members of the cutting, merchandising and production, IE, planning, GPQ, CAD, and sample department.
∎ Evaluate quality staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs and their career development.
∎ Ensures that safety, quality and maintain compliance issues are taken as part of the job.
∎ Any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
