Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC
∎ Graduation in any discipline will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to maintain finishing quality controlling SOP.
∎ Lead and develop QC team and responsible for all quality related activities/ issues.
∎ Maintain existing QC systems and ensure finishing production.
∎ Instruct, guide and counsel the finishing department for correct tagging, and packing requirements.
∎ Identify quality issues and analyze complex problems; recommend and implement preventive and or corrective actions.
∎ Check daily report and analyze and feedback for corrective action.
∎ Maintain effective communications with members of the sewing, merchandising and production, IE, planning, GPQ, and sample department.
∎ Evaluate quality staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs and their career development.
∎ Handle buyer's quality inspections independently.
∎ Ensures that safety, quality and maintain compliance issues are taken as part of the job.
∎ Any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

∎ Age 28 to 35 years

∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
