∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Purchase, Technical knowledge
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to procure Electrical, Mechanical , Sewing spare parts & Automobile parts.
∎ To collect quotations from different suppliers and prepare CS for management approval.
∎ Support for local sourcing, price negotiation, price finalization, negotiation of other terms & conditions and deal finalizing and issuance of purchase order.
∎ To prepare purchase order as per approval purchase indent.
∎ To ensure materials are purchased by sending orders to suppliers and follow up to until delivery to factory.
∎ To maintain liaison with the factory personnel in respect of requisition follow up and feedback of the delivery goods.
∎ To maintain other documentation related to procurement of goods.
∎ To prepare different types of purchase report as when required.
∎ Have adequate knowledge in business communication & supply chain management.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Expert in Microsoft office.
