∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ VIN no generation sequence genba check and MTOC coordination for KDP production system (MS, AF, log genba & production plan).
∎ Engine number upload genba MTOC coordination for KDP production system (Log, AE, AF genba & production plan).
∎ New model Eng & VIN coordination with KDP production system.
∎ CKD inventory stock in KDP production system and actual CKD stock check.
∎ New Dealer input in KDP production system & coordination with sales team.
∎ Dispatch information update in KDP production system.
∎ MTOC wise VIN record tracking & keeping.
∎ Engine number sharing genba coordination.
∎ Coordination with ERP team for production & dispatch.
∎ Production plan vs result genba check with all section (AF,VQ,WE,PA,PR,AE)
∎ Section wise production floor stock check and coordination for smooth operation.
∎ Daily reporting (Attendance, Inventory control, VIN generation record, production plan vs result).
∎ NG CBU genba condition & recovery plan vs result check.
∎ NG CKD genba condition & recovery plan vs result check.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to stay nearby the Factory located at Gazaria, Munshiganj.
