Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• Age At most 28 years

• Proven experience in dealer monitoring, technical troubleshooting, and initiatives to improve service quality.

• Field experience like customer retention service activity, Dealer evaluation, profitability, ROI, DCSI & CSI activity· 

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis.

• Ability to ride a motorcycle with a valid driving license.

• Willingness to work in any location and conduct regular monthly field visits across Bangladesh.

Regular communication and reporting about daily, weekly & monthly of dealer’s service & spare parts sales activities.

• Giving advice regarding service activities and management to promote dealer development.

• Breakdown company policies/targets to dealers.

• Instruct for action plan establishment.

• Regular visit, monitor & conduct DLR operation verification according to HONDA standard.

• Identify each dealer’s weak area for improvement.

• Focus on Spare parts, Accessories and Engine oil in-house & ex- house sales.

• Any other responsibility assigned by superior for organizational requirement.
