Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production control (shift control, achieve daily production target, loss time reduce).
∎ Process control (process quality, equipment condition confirmation)
∎ Quality control (achieve 120% quality on product, process and operation).
∎ Safety & Bakka control (Health safety, operation safety, fire & explosion control, Environment Control).
∎ Manpower control (manpower utilization by proper distribution, manpower skill up).
∎ Any others job assigned by Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 29 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to stay nearby the Factory located at Gazaria, Munshiganj.
∎ Technically sound, energetic & work oriented mind.
∎ Verbal and typing communication skills in Bengali & English.
∎ Preferable for motorcycle riding with driving license.
Salary: Negotiable
