Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Industrial Production Engineering or
∎ Masters in any discipline.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be able to perform time study, non-balance graph, line Balancing, balance graph, production study, capacity check.
∎ Prepare & implement production line layout with machine diagram with the help of supervisor & Technician.
∎ Involvement in stitching line from new style change to peak production and propose & implement optimization.
∎ Evaluate feasibility of automation in processes. Then implement, record and benefit analysis of given operation. If proven worthy then implement new method to all lines running similar conception.
∎ Monitor and find root cause/bottleneck point of production line and implement solution.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have good knowledge in computer operation.
∎ Excellent writing and speaking skill both in Bangla and English.

Salary: Tk. 14000 (Monthly)
