Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline (Science / Commerce background will be given preference) with good academic background from any reputed institute /
∎ B.Sc in Industrial Production Engineering (IPE)

Job Context:
∎ Candidate should have interest to work under core stream of Garments production
∎ Candidate who like to work under pressure and willing to build up career in production track are encourage to apply
∎ Necessary training will be provided after selection

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate have to work in Production Department as fresher.
∎ Responsible for the original technique of work measurement (Time Study).
∎ Production study to find out the reason of poor production.
∎ Garments operations breakdown estimate standard time.
∎ Find out the actual consumption of thread & all other shorts of necessary accessories.
∎ Make line graph and properly line balance for more production.
∎ Line layout and Line balancing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Experience is not essential but few years (2 to 3 years) experience in relevant field also encourage to apply
∎ Should familiar with computer operation and Common Office application.
∎ Persons who are not able to work hard and not interested to work in production field should not apply.

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
