A Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Human Resources Management) from any reputed university

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Extremely organized with attention to detail

Ability to deal with different types of people
Ability to process and present complex information in a clear and concise manner
Basic knowledge in Learning Management Systems (LMS) will be added advantage
Willing to travel outside of Dhaka as per business requirement
Develop or assist developing a company-wide training calendar; track required initial and refresher training schedules
Organize and coordinate training sessions; reserve space for training, ensure the availability and proper operation of audiovisual equipment and logistics, distribute materials such as handouts and quizzes, and handle other similar details and tasks
Produce training materials for in-house courses
Analyze feedback from employees regarding different training programs to identify areas for improvement
Stay up to date on learning trends in the industry and recommend new training programs and learning management systems (LMS)
Work closely with and influence senior leaders and stakeholders
Prepare and deliver training reports regularly
Maintain records of training attendance
Collaborate with internal teams to assist with documentations, and others as required
Perform other related duties as assigned

Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals of safeguarding implementation
Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so
