Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)/Master of Business Administration (MBA)/B.Sc in Textile Engineering (Apparels Manufacturing Technology) / B.Sc in IPE / Graduation or Post Graduation from any Reputed Public or Private University.

∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships and work as a team·
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic·
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills·
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English·
∎ IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)·
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently·
∎ Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle day-to-day regular Merchandising activities.
∎ Sample and trims development for new inquiries.
∎ Establish communication with suppliers, and buyer for solving any requirement for sampling and production.
∎ Responsible for bulk fabric and trims booking for smooth shipment.
∎ Coordinate with buyers, supplier and production unite for merchandising activities.
∎ Understand and follow customer procedures for order fulfillment.
∎ Responsible for the coordination of daily operational activities in fabric, pre-production sample development, costing and production tracking.
∎ Work with internal departments to ensure quality, production and timely delivery of goods.
∎ Recognize challenges with supply and manufacturing and address them when they arise.
∎ Manage additional duties that the management assigns you.Follow-up on the production line, along with all associated internal and customer system-related tasks.
∎ Most importantly, all major issues must be shared with teammates to resolve immediately.
