- Strong knowledge of industry regulations, risk management, and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High ethical standards and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
Responsibilities & Context:
- To develop, implement, and monitor the organization’s compliance program.
- To ensure adherence to local, national, and industry-specific regulations.
- To prepare and present regular compliance reports to senior management.
- To conduct internal audits to assess compliance risks and gaps.
- To provide training to employees on regulatory requirements and company policies.
- To act as a point of contact for compliance issues and investigations.
- Keep up-to-dacate with regulatory changes and industry trends.
- Collaborate with legal counsel and HR on disciplinary or legal compliance matters.
- TO maintain documentation and records related to compliance activities.
- Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and government agencies as needed.
