Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

Akij Venture Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our HR team as Deputy Manager/Manager – Talent Acquisition. The incumbent will be responsible for leading the overall recruitment process for both Corporate and Sales positions, ensuring timely and quality hiring aligned with organizational growth and business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Corporate and Sales functions.

  • Develop and implement annual manpower plans in collaboration with respective departments.

  • Prepare and monitor the recruitment budget, ensuring cost-effective hiring practices.

  • Manage the recruitment reporting system, providing regular updates and analytics to management.

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.

  • Ensure employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.

  • Supervise, mentor, and guide the recruitment team for effective performance.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices in all recruitment activities.

  • Coordinate with external partners such as job portals, agencies, and educational institutions to source qualified candidates.
