Job Context:
∎ A renowned Group of Companies of the country is looking for 02(two) potential candidates as Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager (Payroll & HR) for its Head Office at Dhaka and 100 % export based Knit Composite Garments Factory at Gazipur.
∎ Job Location for the positions are at Head Office, Dhaka and factory office, at Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidates will be responsible for looking after Payroll, attendance, leave and other HR related activities. The candidates are required to generate various reports as per requirement of the company & buyers.
∎ The ideal candidate should have sound HR knowledge on payroll, attendance & leave management, performance management, recruitment etc.
∎ Candidates having minimum 5 years related experience in reputed Knit garments factories out of which 2 years in similar position are only encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Should have minimum 05 years related experience in payroll management.
∎ Candidates having hands on experience in managing the Payroll & HR issues of Knit Garments Factory ( as per Buyers requirement ) are encouraged to apply..
∎ Should have the capacity to face Buyers compliance team, answer their queries & take instant necessary corrective measures as per Buyers requirement
∎ Should be fluent in Bangla & English correspondences both in written & oral forms
∎ Should have very good knowledge on computer applications specially in ERP software & MS Office
