Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare an annual training plan.
∎ Prepare annual training budget.
∎ Prepare Training Modules & conduct the training sessions for SalesForce & Management Employees.
∎ Market visit for identifying training needs, recommending and implementing solutions, and evaluating and measuring effectiveness.
∎ Partner with the HR team to recommend and develop employee engagement programs and activities that enhance employee experience.
∎ Design and develop programs and curriculum, partner with internal subject matter experts and/or external vendors to achieve defined training, learning, and development objectives.
∎ Maintain updated curriculum modules database.
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for training and development programs.
∎ Conducting orientation programs and arranging on-the-job training for new hires.
∎ Maintain Training Database.
∎ Prepare different reports

∎ Age 28 to 35 years
