Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve daily, monthly, and annual revenue targets for Business Assurance in audit, training, and certification services.
∎ Monitor all activities related to sales, business development, and client retention.
∎ Track sales performance and client profiles, and follow up with the existing client base.
∎ Drive sales by addressing day-to-day operational requirements.
∎ Onboard and integrate new clients into the client database.
∎ Maintain and consolidate the client database to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
∎ Assist the supervisor in handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively.
∎ Explore and identify untapped market opportunities for Intertek.
