Additional Requirements:
Masters / MBA, BBA from any reputed University
At least 7 years of experience in sales preferably from RMG/RMG Accessories/Textile Manufacturing/Testing industry
Strong skills in presentation, communication, negotiation, and selling
• Ensure best service support for CRM vendors (zero hindrance in Intertek services).
• CRM to build strong rapport with vendors to gain 100% trust in Intertek and ensure continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and market share.
• Daily analysis and reporting (report due list, delivery status, hold progress update, payment collection update, etc.).
• Conduct regular market visits to maintain close relationships and arrange customer engagement programs.
• Support initiatives to increase market share and report value growth.
• Ensure report delivery TAT up to 80% within office time.
• Close held samples following TAT policy.
• Work on credit collection to support the Credit Team so that CRM customers receive reports on time.
• Responsible for managing and supervising team members, including providing direction and feedback, ensuring timely work completion, and approving leaves.
• Determine work targets for team members/reportees and control the scope of work.
• Ensure team members’/reportees’ work quality and integrity.
• Assess and review the work and performance of team members/reportees.
• Participate in team member selection, remuneration recommendation, and separation processes as and when required.
• Develop and motivate team members/reportees.
