• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physics
• Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Chemistry

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Garments, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar type of lab operation

• Dealing with buyer and customers

• Technical Training on Textile Testing (Physical, Colour Fastness, Fibre & Flammability)

• Technical Training on Analytical Testing

• ISO/IEC 17025 : 2017

• Ensure sample handling and report generation are carried out accurately as per SOPs, methods, and client requirements.

• Maintain clients’ agreed TAT (Turnaround Time) for all test results.

• Prepare for all types of audits, both internal and external.

• Receive and record complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

• Coordinate with the QA team and update records in alignment with the Quality Policy.

• Organize and monitor training, quality checks, and staff productivity.

• Check and sign off on test reports to ensure accuracy.
