• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Completed minimum Bachelor level with Business or Consumer Science or Electrical engineering

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies

We Require:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in leading IoT / Smart Solutions development, having experience on Security solution will come as added advantage

• Having direct experience with Partnership management with solution providers and Tech-savvy individual; be effective in ecosystem and alliance-driven models

• Sound understanding about Smart solution hardware/device and software

• Customer-centric with commercial acumen

• Risk-aware innovator (security, privacy, compliance), high ownership, low ego, calm under pressure, ethical, trust-driven leader

Job Responsibilities:

• New vertical rollout in smart consumer, smart home/office and especially smart security solutions as new business stream

• Deeply understand customer problems, evolving solutions and market trends to guide decisions

• Own end-to-end IoT / Digital product lifecycle - discovery, design, build, launch, scale and optimization

• Drive partnerships with device/hardware OEM and importers, platform/solution providers, IoT innovation centers

• Drive R&D and innovation in the space of Digital/IoT solutions in smart security, smart home/office/logistic etc domains including taking learnings from both local and overseas market

• Prioritize features, manage trade-off, and ensure timely, high-quality product delivery

• Collaborate for brand development, go-to-market plan, pricing models, packaging etc.

• Build, mentor and lead a high-performing product management and UX team

• Foster strong collaboration with Technology, Supply chain, sales and brand teams for product development and GTM

• Leverage data and Al insights to inform roadmap prioritization and predictive product improvements
