• Sell all products of Real Estate & Building Products.

• Achieve company`s goal through Direct marketing, Database Marketing and Tele Marketing.

• Respond to the clients query at office and over telephone.

• Create a strong client base relationship for potential opportunities.

• Meeting prospective clients and promote about projects.

• Receive and attain customer complaints and ensure seamless service delivery.

• Manage database of marketing information of the industry.

• Analyze statistics of sales growth in comparison to prior months.

• Ensure proper collection and target recovery is achieved.

• Prepare sales and marketing strategy.

• Looking for new customer hunting to lead generate.

• Maintain strong after-sales relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, service updates, and ongoing support.

• Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, CRM, Admin) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Consistently work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals under supervision, maintaining accountability for your individual performance.

• Keep clear records of client interactions, lead status, and progress updates using assigned tools or formats.
