Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct tests and maintain QC parameters as per SOPs/guidelines.
Ensure adherence to turnaround time (TAT) as per company expectations.
Verify test methods and report any deviations to the immediate superior.
Supervise testing activities and ensure proper use of PPE in the lab.
Maintain equipment performance, calibration records, and consumable stock.
Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing training as needed.
