• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (graduates with strong English background preferred).

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in social compliance, audit, or related fields

• Hands-on experience with social compliance audits and audit report preparation.

• Strong command of written and verbal English is mandatory.

• Review social compliance audit reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality standards.

• Support auditors and coordinators in preparing and finalizing audit reports.

• Ensure reports are written clearly, professionally

• Respond to customer queries related to audit reports when required.

• Maintain records, status updates, and summaries for management review.

• Organize and manage audit-related files before and after audits in a timely manner.

• Ensure smooth operational workflow while meeting defined turnaround time (TAT).
