Drive business growth by proactively identifying, evaluating, and developing new corporate and modern trade sales opportunities in line with organizational objectives.
Build, manage, and strengthen a high-quality sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies and action plans aligned with brand priorities, channel dynamics, and market trends.
Develop and implement structured monthly visit plans for key accounts, distributors, and prospective clients to maximize coverage and relationship depth.
Maintain effective and professional communication with existing and prospective clients through formal meetings, email correspondence, digital platforms, and direct engagement.
Address customer inquiries, service issues, and escalations in a timely and solution-oriented manner to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Prepare, negotiate, and present customized commercial proposals, quotations, and agreements in alignment with company policies and client requirements.
Conduct regular business reviews, joint planning meetings, and market visits with new and existing channels to identify growth opportunities and expand market penetration.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and actively participate in sales review meetings to assess performance, share insights, and refine strategies.
Strengthen relationships with key accounts through structured engagement, identifying opportunities for range expansion, promotions, and long-term partnerships.
Ensure timely collection of receivables, adherence to credit policies, and effective coordination with finance to maintain healthy cash flow.
Secure and manage purchase orders, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth execution of sales processes.
