Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field
1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Salesforce-related roles
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Platform)Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools preferred
Detail-oriented and well-organized
Responsibilities & Context:
Support Product Managers in gathering and documenting business requirements
Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation
Assist in backlog management, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with global stakeholders
Work with IT and technical teams to ensure accurate Salesforce implementation
Analyze product usage, performance metrics, and user feedback
