Job Context

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Manager, Sales & Distribution to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our distribution network, recruiting a high-performing sales force, and driving the company’s revenue growth through strategic planning and effective leadership.

Job Location: Dhaka (with frequent country-wide travel).

Job Responsibilities

• Channel Development: Establish and expand a robust distribution network and sales channels at both divisional and district levels across the country.

• Team Building: Recruit, onboard, and manage a professional sales team across various regions, defining clear roles and responsibilities.

• Training & Supervision: Provide regular training, guidance, and motivation to the sales team to ensure operational excellence and high morale.

• Target Achievement: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and appoint new distributors.

• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive sales reports and provide regular updates to senior management regarding market trends and performance.

• Sales Incentive (Based on target achievement).
