Responsibilities & Context:
Properly count and receive incoming products into the warehouse
Maintain accurate records of the quantity and date of all stock entries
Organize products systematically by category for easy access and visibility
Regularly cross-check physical inventory with website stock data to ensure consistency
Ensure proper stock maintenance and resolve any inventory discrepancies
Communicate effectively with senior management regarding stock status or any issues
Take necessary initiatives to prevent stock loss, misplacement, or damage
