Job Context:
This position is responsible for supporting HR operations, HR Development (HRD), and Administration across corporate and project sites. The role works closely with the Head of HR & Administration and contributes to effective manpower management, compliance, and organizational development.
Job Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, probation, confirmation, and exit processes.
Maintain employee records, HR files, and HRIS/BIOMATRIC/ERP updates.
Support manpower planning and deployment.
Performance Management & KPI Support
Assist in implementation and monitoring of KPI-based Performance Management System (PMS).
Coordinate performance appraisals and documentation.
HR Development & Training
Assist in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and coordinate training programs.
Support OD initiatives and employee engagement activities.
Payroll, Compensation & Benefits
Assist in payroll processing and salary administration.
Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and benefit records.
Compliance & Labor Law
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 & amendments.
Support disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and employee relations.
Administration & Office Management
Oversee day-to-day administrative activities, facilities, and logistics.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and support staff.
Policy & Documentation
Assist in development and implementation of HR & Admin policies, SOPs, and manuals.
