We are looking for a proactive HR & Administration professional who can support HR operations, strengthen people processes, and ensure smooth administrative functions.

Job Context:

This position is responsible for supporting HR operations, HR Development (HRD), and Administration across corporate and project sites. The role works closely with the Head of HR & Administration and contributes to effective manpower management, compliance, and organizational development.

Job Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, probation, confirmation, and exit processes.

  • Maintain employee records, HR files, and HRIS/BIOMATRIC/ERP updates.

  • Support manpower planning and deployment.

Performance Management & KPI Support

  • Assist in implementation and monitoring of KPI-based Performance Management System (PMS).

  • Coordinate performance appraisals and documentation.

HR Development & Training

  • Assist in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and coordinate training programs.

  • Support OD initiatives and employee engagement activities.

Payroll, Compensation & Benefits

  • Assist in payroll processing and salary administration.

  • Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and benefit records.

Compliance & Labor Law

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 & amendments.

  • Support disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and employee relations.

Administration & Office Management

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative activities, facilities, and logistics.

  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and support staff.

Policy & Documentation

  • Assist in development and implementation of HR & Admin policies, SOPs, and manuals.
